The Montana Council of Teachers of Mathematics (MCTM) hosts an annual math contest. The Northwest Regional Math Contest is held at FVCC in March. Students will compete in three individual multiple choice tests and one team test in which up to 5 students can be on each team. Schools (including home-school, private, public, etc.) are welcome to participate in the fun event. MCTM is part of the national organization: National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM).
